With comfortable living at the forefront of design, the Wattlebird apartments show a unique approach to narrow lot developments
Named after the Red Wattlebird of Australia’s south, the Wattlebird apartments were an exciting project that resulted in 7 stunning apartments. The apartments are located close to public transport and one of Perth’s key food and entertainment, shaping the use of the apartments and hence their design. Designed to maximise natural light, these beautifully finished apartment values were built with comfortable living in mind. With a unique cantilevered overpass, no space is wasted in this design and tenants are still able to park their cars comfortably. With intelligent, space maximising design, it is no wonder that this complex is now filled with happy tenants with the flexibility to make each apartment their own.
