Our award winning showroom makes designing your home simple, featuring a comprehensive range of brands and products to simplify the selection process.
The showroom has been carefully arranged to streamline the selection process, ensuring that the choices you make are educated and as you desire.
Your Prestart Consultant will be your guide, with helpful mood boards created by our interior design team to serve as inspiration or ready to be used as the palette for your home.
If you choose to build with us, your Prestart Consultant will also be your Client Liaison. This means that they
will be in charge of your build from the signing of the contract until handover.
We have kitchen and bathroom displays to express the potential possibilities of your design, including standard
and upgraded fixings so that you can make the right choice for you.

At Zircon Living, we limit the amount of projects we take on each year to ensure that we can maintain the highest level of customer service and workmanship on each build.
Our General Manager personally oversees every home we build to ensure that our quality control process is never compromised. In fact, every company director has an individual hands-on role throughout the entire project.
We believe so strongly in our ability to design lasting homes that all homes come with a 25 year structural warranty, terms and conditions apply. This is how we maintain a seamless build journey for our clients and deliver an exceptional product every single time.
