  • Information collected may be used for marketing purposes by Zircon Living and all other suppliers/organisations involved in the competition. Zircon Living reserves the right to collect photos and videos of prize winner to be used for any purposes deemed appropriate by Zircon Living.

  • Winner will be chosen by random from the valid entries. Facebook Business Pages and profiles with fake names or profiles deemed fake are not eligible to win.   • By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to(i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or(ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

  • This offer is valid for all Zircon Living homes unless noted otherwise.
  • The value of the Offer is redeemable in the form of a Voucher.
  • The total value of the Voucher is:
    • $5,000.00
    • The minimum value of $0.00 with no Credits or Refunds.
    • The value of the voucher is inclusive of Builders Margin and GST.
  • The value of the Voucher, including the balance of unused funds, cannot be redeemed for Cash, Refunded or used to
    adjust the Value of the Building Contract.
  • The Voucher must be used at Pre-Start for Product Upgrades only.
  • The Pre-Start Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used once.
  • The voucher is to be noted as Included in the Building Quote attached to the Preparation of Plans Agreement and approved by Management. This Annexure is to be signed by the Builder and The Client.
  • The offer expires 90 calendar days after the first Building Quote has been presented. By this point in time the Client must enter into a Preparation of Plans agreement otherwise the offer is no longer valid.
  • The Pre-Start Meeting is to take place in one appointment within 90 days of signing a fully executed Building Contract (inclusive of the Finance Approval period as noted in the Contract).
  • This offer is not valid to any existing Clients that are currently in any Dealings with a Zircon Living, Zircon Projects or Domination Homes Representative unless approved in writing by Management.
  • The Value of the Pre-Start Voucher will be shown as a Credit on the Post-Contract Variation Certificate to the value as specified in item 3.
  • The Builder reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and the duration that the offer is valid at any time at its own discretion.
  • Offer: The Developers Rebate to the value of the Voucher + Project Feasibility
  • Promotion: An incentive offered by the Builder to the Mutual Client
  • Voucher: The format that the Developers Rebate is offered from the Builder to the Mutual Client to be known as the “Pre-Start Voucher”.
  • The Demolition Works Company: Swift Demolition, ABN 34 099 020 809
  • Demolition Works: The removal and clearing of existing structures, landscaping and hardscaping of the Site in full readiness for the Builder to commence works as per the Building Contract.
  • Building Quotation: the Quotation attached to the Preparation of Plans Agreement.
  • Building Contract: The agreement between the Builder and the Mutual Client.
  • Preparation of Plans Agreement: The Agreement between the Builder and The Mutual Client to provide the services as noted in the Schedule of Works of this Agreement (available upon request).
  • Pre-Start Meeting: Colour and Product selections meeting held at Zircon Living head office U1/43 Westchester Road, Malaga WA.
  • Post-Contract Variation Certificate: The total cost summary of all amendments made to the Building Contract at the Pre-Start Meeting.
  • Finance Approval: as per the Building Contract between the Builder and the Mutual Client.
  • Dealings: Any form of consultation including but not limited to any form of Enquiry.
  • Site: The address of the lot specified in the Building Contract.
  • Proof of Payment: A receipt of Payment from the Demolition Works Company to the Mutual Client.
  • Development Site: a site that is to be developed as a Survey Strata, Built Strata or Green Title subdivision.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    • This offer is only applicable to a Development Site that has engaged The Demolition Works Company to carry out the Demolition Works in full on the Site and cannot be used with any other offer or promotion.
    • Project Feasibility is valued at $2,500.00 and is inclusive of:
      • Site investigation to propose development type (Single Storey, Double Storey, Number of new lots)
      • Concept design sketch once development type confirmed
    • The Developers Rebate Offer is redeemable in the form of a Voucher.
    • The total value of the Voucher is:
      • The Value of the Demolition Works cost up to a maximum value of $15,000.00
      • The minimum value of $0.00 with no Credits or Refunds.
      • The value of the voucher is inclusive of Builders Margin and GST.
    • The value of the Voucher, including the balance of unused funds, cannot be redeemed for Cash, Refunded or used to adjust the Value of the Building Contract.
    • The Voucher must be used at Pre-Start for Product Upgrades only.
    • The Pre-Start Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used once.
    • The voucher is to be noted as Included in the Building Quote attached to the Preparation of Plans Agreement and approved by Management. This Annexure is to be signed by the Builder and The Mutual Client.
    • The offer expires 90 calendar days after the first Building Quote has been presented. By this point in time the Mutual Client must enter into a Preparation of Plans agreement otherwise the offer is no longer valid.

    • This offer is not valid to any existing Clients that are currently in any Dealings with a Zircon Living, Zircon Projects or Domination Homes Representative unless approved in writing by Management.
    • This offer is only applicable to a Development Site that has engaged The Demolition Works Company to carry out the Demolition Works in full on the Site.
    • The value of the Voucher is to be confirmed with a Proof of Payment that the funds have been paid in full to the Demolition Works Company for the Demolition Works on the Site.
    • The Value of the Pre-Start Voucher will be shown as a Credit on the Post-Contract Variation Certificate to the value as specified in item 4 and confirmed as per item 13.
    • The Demolition Works contract is to be entered into separately between The Demolition Works Company and the Mutual Client and does not form part of the Building Contract or any Agreement between the Builder and the Mutual Client in any way.
    • The Builder does not include any costs or fees associated to any Demolition Works in its Building Contract. The Builder does not provide any Warranty, Guarantee or Insurance in relation to any Demolition Works and is not liable for any rectification or remedial works of any kind.
    • The Builder reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and the duration that the offer is valid at any time at its own discretion.

$10,000 READY TO BUILD REBATE

To be used towards upgrades at Prestart

The minimum value for the Rebate is $0.00 with no Credits or Refunds (not to be used as a discount)

At prestart, the maximum reimbursable value will be $10,000 inc GST and shown as a credit on the final Selection Meeting Variation Certificate equal to the value of the spend on upgrades up to a maximum amount of $10,000 inc GST.

The value of the Rebate is inclusive of Builders Margin and GST.

Minimum 3% PPA (Preparation of Plans) fee is to be paid

To Qualify the client must provide one of the following:

  • Fully executed Offer and Acceptance
  • Certificate of Title of Land showing ownership
  • Proof of ownership of owner supplied plans with consent from the Copyright owner
  • Letter of Eligibility (Finance) or finance Pre-Approval

To be eligible for this offer, initial contact with Zircon Living must be made prior to the 31 January 2022

12 months is calculated from slab down to PCI

Applicable to all homes built to the Aspire / Freedom Specification and Standard Designs

Timeframe to be reviewed should finishing items be added to the contract (wall painting to builders finish, floor treatments, window treatments, additional cabinetry, tiling, electrical upgrades, hardscaping and landscaping)

Selections are to be from within the Builders Standard Range, any non Standard Items may require an Extension of Time.

12 months is based on a single storey home

3 months additional timeframe is to be added for a double storey

The site provides adequate access not requiring additional deliveries, manual handling or any other restrictions which would cause unforeseen delays and costs

All sites are to Qualify for the $12,500 Fixed Siteworks Guarantee (Green Field, Sandy, N1 wind loading, D10 footing detail with site level tolerance of +/- 150mm with no retaining walls and unusual features

The Site is located within the Builders Serviceable Areas (subject to change) being North: Alkimos, South: Baldivis, East: Byford. All areas surrounding will be at the Builders Absolute Discretion.

Applicable to all Building Contracts signed between December 1, 2021 and March 31, 2022.

The below Extension of Time events will be added to the Special Conditions of the Building Contract:

  • Inclement Weather delays that prevent the Builder from completing the Scope of Works in accordance to the Australian Standards, relevant Building Code, Supplier installation specification and/or in a safe manner as determined by the Builder.
  • Building material shortage of supply affecting the Critical Path
  • Any delays caused by a Pandemic
  • Unforeseen events outside of the Builders Control
  • Acts of vandalism, theft, damage outside of the Builders Control
