Initial Consultation and Design
The journey begins long before the slab is poured. During your initial consultation, we get to know you and your needs. Our expert designers help you create a custom plan that reflects your lifestyle, tastes, and budget.
When we built The Eve (our most recent display home), this step was crucial in aligning the vision with the space, ensuring every square metre was used efficiently and beautifully.
Site Preparation and Slab Pouring
Next comes site preparation. This includes clearing the land, levelling it, and making sure it’s ready for the build. Once the site is prepped, we pour the concrete slab, which forms the foundation of your home.
The slab marks the beginning of your home’s physical structure and is one of the first signs that the project is moving forward.
For The Eve, this phase was where we saw the floor plans and design ideas come to life, with a perfectly level slab that would support the beautiful, open design of the home.
Wall and Roof Construction
With the foundation in place, the next step is brickwork. The walls begin to take shape, and you’ll start to see the skeleton of your home rise from the slab.
At this stage, the roof trusses are also installed, and the roof is framed in. The structure of the home begins to form, and you’ll start to envision the spaces you’ve designed.
Windows, Doors, and External Cladding
Once the frame is up, we move on to windows, doors, and external cladding. This part of the process adds personality and character to your home, as the exterior starts to take shape.
For The Eve, the combination of sleek external finishes and large windows was key to creating that open, airy feel — perfect for a modern family home.
Plumbing, Electrical, and Internal Walls
As the outer shell is complete, we move to the internal fit-out. Plumbing, electrical wiring, and internal walls are put in place. This stage is where things start to get real, as you can now see how your home will function with all the critical systems in place.
Plastering, Painting, and Flooring
Next, we apply plaster to the walls and ceilings, followed by painting. The interior of your home begins to feel more complete and livable at this stage.
The installation of flooring (whether tiles, timber, or carpet) also takes place. This is when your home begins to feel like it’s truly coming together.
Final Touches: Fixtures, Fittings, and Clean-Up
Now that your home is structurally complete, we focus on the finishing touches — installing kitchen and bathroom fittings, cabinetry, and all the little features that make your home uniquely yours.
At this stage, we also complete a thorough clean-up, ensuring everything is spotless before handover.
For The Eve, this was the final step that transformed the house into the stylish, functional living space you see today.
