She was extremely patient, helpful and assisted us in every step of the way to achieve the most effective outcome for us and our home. We built with Zircon 2 years ago. Their engagement throughout the process was very good and they always kept us up to date with the schedule of works. There were minimal punch-list items at the handover phase too which was nice. We had very few rectification items as well after the first 12 month maintenance period.

The team at Zircon was a dream to have build my first home. I’ve always heard that building would be a stressful process but I was always kept up to date with process and any changes. This was our 1st build, when we had the handover the inspector couldn’t find anything wrong apart from an odd Mark that was then painted over the next day. Been living in the house since April and no issues.

We built a custom designed family house with Zircon, and we’re really happy with the result. We already had a design when we came to the builder, but Anthony made design suggestions that really added value, and are now some of our favorite features of the house. I would happily build with Zircon again, I will just get them involved in the design earlier next time.

Zircon Living, My place called home 🙂 I initially had a design with another…but just could not commit. So I took my ideas to Zircon who asked me questions, like what are you trying to achieve, what was important to me, my budget. They listened and guided me through, giving me ideas on how things work and don’t work. How my designed space will be usable and making the most out of a small cottage block with views and living areas to the front of the house. Zircon were very competitive on price and there were no hidden extras along the way. From designers to the fabulous Mark Murphy in prestart consulting, to Joe the supervisor and all the trades who worked on my home. A very professional and caring team that work together with you to achieve the finished result. Their commitment and customer service is highly sort after. I also had the pleasure of getting expert advice and guidance from Domenic Minniti, which exceeded all expectations. I knew that I wanted my own home, I just didn’t know where to start. After discussing my options with Zircon Living it was clear that dealing with a team that focussed on my goals first would give me the best value for money.

Zircon provided an excellent service from start to finish of the two house development. They provided great advice on the demolishment of the old house which I managed. Their Turn key pricing was very competitive and great value for money with very good specifications including caesarstone benchtops throughout, quality carpets and tiling, LED lightening etc the list goes on…Their initial pricing of the project was spot on and I had no surprises which was of great comfort. I would definitely recommend this builder. To date their after build service has also been very good. Impressively they build the two houses, 5 bedroom and 4 bedroom homes, 2 baths, living and dining areas, kitchen, scullery and theatre, laundry etc….in a very timely manner within a 6 month period with no hassles. They were easily contactable. Great job by all the Zircon Team from designers, project managers to supervisors. Highly recommend them to all.

Zircon Living is a very professional and experienced builder. They have delivered both of the design and construction for our dream house on the budget and on time. The manager is very responsible and helpful. The site supervisor and the tradies are very experienced. We are really happy for the final delivery and would highly recommend others to use Zircon Living.

My husband and I built our house with Zircon and were delighted with the service and quality. We had a couple of initial issues with the tiling and oven which were dealt with promptly and fully resolved by Zircon and we always felt as though they were working for us. The 6 month maintenance was quick, hassle free and efficient. We would highly recommend Zircon and would like to use them again if we build in the future.

We’re at the pre-start stages of building our dream home with Zircon Living. A few things that have stood out so far with us is customer service (not just a number), attention to detail, quality and the “anything is possible” attitude. Zircon Living have offered complete customisation to our “must have” wish list which many other builders put in the “too hard basket”. We were lucky enough to have been referred to Zircon Living and since our first meeting with the general manager, Anthony we’ve never looked back. Pre-start with Mark was smooth and he came up with many ideas which we may have otherwise overlooked. We can’t wait to complete the journey with the amazing Zircon team.

Due to impending holidays and a strict timeline Zircon Living were extremely accommodating and completed our drawings efficiently, ensuring we were able to lodge our finance application on time. Being a first-home owner, we didn’t know where to start with finance, so Zircon Living referred us to our current Finance Broker who lodged our finance application. The extra support made the overall experience seamless and easy to understand. When it came to the build Anthony and the team were equally fantastic, keeping us up to date throughout the entire project. It allowed us to ask questions and confirm details at any time which gave us comfort knowing that Zircon Living understood what we were looking for.

An essential part of starting any build is finding an initial block to build on. For Jordyn and myself this proved challenging because as a first home buyer it’s hard to know what type of block characteristics we were looking for to best suit our design and more importantly our budget. The Zircon team were instrumental on assisting us on finding the perfect block as i was constanstly forwarding through emails and photos of potential blocks that interested us and received very detailed and well advised responses. In one instance a team member actually met us on site to advise us before finalising our decision. Zircon Living being involved in the decision process as well as the building process, assisted us greatly because as first time home buyers it can be quite daunting. Having someone to reassure and advise you, eased the process. The design process was smooth. we told Zircon what features we wanted, and they came back with the options they thought best. They accommodated for everything we asked for in our home, nothing was ever too hard for them. We trusted them in designing our home, and they didn’t let us down. Our favourite part of our home would have to be the amount of storage space we have, in terms of cupboards, linen closets etc. We have a small block, but Zircon designed a home that is so functional and doesn’t feel small at all.

We were so impressed with the personal attention and input from the whole team at Zircon Living. The build time exceeded our expectations and still provided a well-executed product. The communication between our Project Co-ordinator Mark and Site Manager Cosi that we were kept across every stage of the process. We received such great feedback from the market on the quality and finishings that we would highly recommend Zircon Living for all property investors from single & two storey builds top developments. We would definitely use Zircon again in the future.

Previously built with Zircon Living and we are now building with them again. Their service is phenomenal and above all the other builders that I met with. They continued to impress us the second time around with new products and deal for us to choose from. They care and attention to detail is very apparent.

The design consultations were a breeze. No request was too big nor did they consider any detail ‘too small’ – everything that was important to me was important to them. They wanted to unsure that we got the most out of our home without having to pay more than what we had to/can afford. They stayed transparent and honest with us throughout the whole process, telling us what would be unrealistic for our budget and things we could do after handover to make sure things stay on track.

Their showroom and Prestart services were simply, undeniably the best I’ve seen out of any other builder. Everything was on hand, no need to visit another supplier and spend days and weekends trying to find a finishing we liked to then report back to them. Their award for best showroom requires no explaination.

Our Client Liaison Chantelle put her soul into my home, helping design a scheme that worked best with the colours we liked. Even once construction had started, Chantelle was always around to deliver updates, news and information when we asked for it or when she had something to tell us.

Even with minor things here and there, no item was problem for their team. The Construction Manager, Michael and Supervisor, Cosi, were always attentive and diligent to ensure that we got the home that we’ve been dreaming of. Even assisting with small matters to aid us and the construction of our home were no issue for the construction team.

The trades they are using on my phone are amazing. So far the brickwork has been clean and the site has been tidy the whole time. Driving past randomly and seeing small and big things happening on site always makes us happy.

Again, their awards speak for them selves. They are undeniable the best for their customer service and attention to detail.

Our new home is currently in construction with our home steadily making progress. I can’t wait to move into our new home. It will be well worth the wait and work that has been put into it!
